State and Escorts: Issues of Legality

Netherlands: Escorting is legalized in 1988. Earlier Netherlands’s banks were afraid to open accounts for escorts fearing of being accused of being immoral. But now they are more loyal since the escort industry brings in good money.

France: Street escorting is legalized since 1946. Brothels and souteneurs are prohibited.

Turkey: Street escorting is prohibited, while brothels are allowed. Hugest taxes come from brothels in Istanbul.

USA: Escorting is only allowed in the state of Nevada. But there are organizations in the USA that render aid to the women who lost jobs.

Germany: Escorting is legalized. Should anybody dare to consider escorting immoral he / she may be sued.

Taiwan: Cheapest prices zone. Brothels all over the isle except Taibay.

Thailand: Is the country of sex-tourism, but escorting is officially prohibited.

Australia: Escorting is legalized in in the state of Victoria and in New South Wales.

Latvia: In 1998 “Rules on limiting escorting” are adopted. According to the rules, escorting services can only be rendered privately at flats.

Lithuania: Draft of the escorting legalization law is only in development.

Estonia: Many officials are treating escorting quite tolerantly. But this profession has not yet been legalized in the parliament.

Czechia: Escorting is legal. The law is very prices on where escort services can be rendered.

Italy: Escorting is legalized in 2002. But street escorting can be fined or even sued.

Spain: Discussion on legalizing escort services is in progress. The senate commission of the questions of escorting deals with relevant issues.
